Marshal / Pand / Ragtagman [cleared]

This game was very suspicious for a few reasons. First, Ragtagman and Marshal were caught soliciting secret alliances right off the bat by another experienced player, English. After they were caught, they fessed up to cooperating...and then continued cooperating openly for a time. So obviously, that makes me suspicious of those two. This is all out in the open in the game chat for all to see.
The other weird thing is that Pand doesn't appear to have ANY rhyme or reason to his attacks. He just seems to be suiciding all his armies...but conveniently seems to be focusing on territory that Ragtagman and Marshal need. Pand and Marshal are also in another game together. So I don't know what to make of it, might just be bad gameplay, but you have to admit it's suspicious. Thanks in advance for checking it out.
