The accused are suspected of:

was looking at previous game logs and they always seem to attack the 3rd player in 3 player games first, plus they arent breaking eachothers bonus or defending their shared territoeies (Central/Ven border') also in their heads up games only 1 ends up taking turns (FBIspecialagent) :
