This list may include others as well. In my game, devman was on the brink of winning (with 35 odd armies on Conga), but did nothing except deploy until the peace man had many other continents and was able to win. Also, they rarely attacked each other until everyone else was eliminated. As before, the peace man plays many games with certain other players as well. For 8 player games, it seems suspicious he has won all 10 of them or so. However, I may be wrong and I'm sorry in advance if I am.
