NO but if you reverse the conditions yes. 2 people using 1 account is not cheating 1 person using 2 accounts is cheating huge difference.

Where? Just had a cursory glance at the rules and saw nothing.

Lol then why have ranks? People could have better players get them high ranks on their accounts!

Its probably not forbidden, but what if I let all my friends make new accounts... and then play on them all? They then have accounts with two people using it, but I don't have multiple ones

Ill clear this up

It is NOT illegal for 2 people to share 1 account as long as they are both using SOLELY that account

for example if I was to let my next door neighbour use my account and he didnt have an account then its not cheating if however my next door neighbour was poo-maker then it is considered cheating
