Billseaman and Orhun have borders of 7 and 6 next to eachother, and each recieve bonuses from the continents. It is a 3 man game, and each turn I am struggling to break both bonuses, however they only hit me, not eachother. I am sure this is multi, as they both play within 10 minutes of eachother. It is a Sequential game.
