You need to fill out an e-ticket. Go to the help tab, scroll to the bottom, fill out the form, change "Department" to "Feedback Moderation."

Someone will get back to you. It may take a while, anywhere from a day or two to a couple of weeks. The best advice I can give is to be patient.

yeah if you just post it here they wont do anything, but a eticket solves it quite well
