Deleted Furio consistently attacked me instead of the game leader until the very end of the game when I pushed him away from my borders. I can't help thinking these actions are related to a disagreement we had in another game. Regardless, I lost due to the constant pressure from Furio who should have been attacking the game leader who had North and South America instead of me who had only Australia.
Furio's response: This is a retaliatory negative for feedback I left in another game. When his retaliatory neg was deleted for that game, he left this one here. I suppose this shouldn't surprise me, since about 50% of the feedback GabonX leaves is negative.

Deleted I stated in the game that I would attack the next player who attacked me. I guess Furio didn't believe me because he attacked me and then acted surprised when I took all of Oceania from him. He then declared that I had suicided on him while simultaneously using every army at his disposal to attack me instead of the game leader who had taken North and South America while we were fighting.
Furio's response: Avoid this tool. He leaves for negs than positives, and he's not much fun to play against.

Deleted This match was in poor taste G.M.Albright formed a three on one alliance against me. I have talked to him about this and he continues to do it so now he is on my ignore list and he has earned his first negative.
G.M.Albright's response: Please. I've only been in 3 or four games with Gabon. He's beat me most of the time. As he started to dominate the board, I just encouraged others help put things in balance. That's usually the way most of these games go. I don't have anything personal against him. But I guess He'll be on my ignore too.

Negative Sat on his armies when he should have been helping to bring down the strongest player. He thought he would be able to take South America but instead he gave the game away. If you're in a game and one player has a clear advantage, expect this guy to give your game to that player.

Negative Admitted to having a secret alliance with him because they knew each other in real life. Said he was throwing the game to the other guy because they knew each other in real life. As you see by the vast amount of deleted feed back he has a tendacy to leave either abusive, retalitory or just plain false information in his feedback. I beleive that given all these incidents there should be a possible ban on his ability to leave feedback I mean 11.5% (6 out of 52)of his feedback has to be deleteted by mods because of this immature activity.

Some of my deleted feedbacks are in pending and I feel that they were deleted illegitimately. For example my feedbacks exchanged with Furio are listed as retaliatory and non factual. I feel that I had a legitimate in game disagreement with the feedback that was labled retaliatory and it is a fact that if you look back over the last 5 or 6 rounds in the game with the feedback which was listed as non factual you will see that it was indeed factual. For the record nobody is going to read your giant copy and paste so I am almost doing you're work for you here...

I don't think that the feedback mods are particularly fond of me as evidenced by the slow response I'm getting in dealing with the above issues but I would hope that I would recieve some kind of warning before by feedback is shut off. I have written in wicked's topic which asks what we want from a feedback system for there to be more specific guidelines written somewhere on the site so that I can avoid these kind of problems before they arise.


With those things said I think that your attempt to accuse me here is a result of me taking a position against you in an unrelated topic which I have provided a link to above. It is immature and I doubt that it is going to help you.

It is my opinion that the accusation you have placed against me and several other members of the site is not because you have been a good Samaritan and decided to take a look at our records but rather that you are trying to find something, anything, wrong with these players because they have had an unrelated disagreement with you.

If Gabon abused the feedback system he would have received a warning from the mods. I dont know if he did or not. Im sure there is a system in place telling the mods when to issue the warnings. Atleast if I was Lack, that is how I would have set it up. Im not sure why there is a thread to complain about deleted feedback. Who cares how many he had deleted.

If you break down my deleted feedback it really isn't all that bad anyhow. 2 of them are in pending and the other 4 are for things which are not described as being improper reasons to leave a negative anywhere on the site. For example, leaving a negative for forming a 3 on one alliance against me, or for stalling in a game so that a player will gain more points...

Each of them is deleted for a different reason. There is not a pattern of me doing the same thing over and over again but rather I did not understand that these were not approproate reasons to leave a negative. If the feedback guidlelines were more specific I would not have left them.

Also, unless a player really pisses me off I ususaly delete negative feedback after a couple of months anyhow. I would really appreciate if more people would give their opinions here. If my record of leaving feedback is really so terrible I would like to hear it from members of the site who I do not suspect have a vendetta.

#1 I am not a Busted Multi we were Clered on review after an initial false Bust(due mostly in part to you)
#2 there no secret alliance as any one that can read game log can see thus the reason your thread keeps getting passed up

1st off how am I a backstabber,I am not in any type of alliance of any of the hypcrites I have chronicled. Afrer I had resolved matters with the mods as far as the false accusation of being a multi I was content to let the matter drop. Nut considersing how you and the rest of true abusers continue to attack me, I was honor bound to not only defend myself but point out the many fallacies and abuses perpetuated by my accussers.

I have not lied nor misrepresented my postion on anything and presented more facts then was presented against me. If nothing wrong has occured then they will be cleared just as I was, if nothey are guilty then they should be punished. There should be no double standard in the matters when it comes to the accussers and accused, as I said previously do not cast stones in a glass house...

hmmm there is so many things I could say at this point( how you have obviously not studied what you are speaking on before commenting and the fact I can post should be a small clue also) but what would it matter you clearly are in a mindstate that coincides with the rest of the abusers/antisocials here. Maybe I just have a different moral code and honor system then some here where the continued attacks of a false and slanderous nature merit not only a response but my own inquiry on my accussers. WIth them being guilty of numerous acts of abuse on ther own it is only fit I respond in kind and bring light to there transgressions. So I will cut and paste my clearing and if that does not make you feel better I would be happy to forward you the e-mail as far as authenicity is concerned.

#1) *cleared : he's a busted multi, says he's not, but the post still says he is; the mod says he is; and nowhere did they say he wasnt (after the last bust)
1) chances are he's a multi with his "brother" or at the very least some sneaky shit is going down.
2) he leaves retaliatory feedback
3) he abuses the reporting system (this thread and JR's are prime examples but there are more)
4) he abuses the pm system (posts by JockBomb (stupid name )
5) he now seems to be trying to target players who call him out on the bullshit (this thread again)
6) is an all round asshole (noted pretty much every post you look in) and seems to have no understanding of good sportsmanship, even though he accuses ppl of the very same thing.

heres a hint dude. when more than 5 ppl (who only care because you pollute a good environment with your bullshit) suggest you have an attitude problem, then you actually may. you've worked #1 away somehow, how bout the rest?

How about this I have used the system as it should be used my brother and I were also cleared( I will not bother to pull the link the truth is out there uses your mind if you want to find it) your oppinion and those who are so vehementally opposed to my casting light on other peoples abuses/hypocrisy amuse me.

You do not know what occurred between JOckBomb and myself I sent him very civil PM's in regards to his actions and he flipped out. I have left no retalitory feedback or it would have been deleted, I targeted players that painted target on themselves, I rebutted all accusations against me and noone can explain away there discrepancies in there accusations nor answer the rebuttals, the mods have seen fit not to preced and reinstated My fiancee and I after the initial misunderstanding,Your falsehoods and name calling is all you got child now I am done with you...
