Comments:

Almost all games together, ray always wins, elf loses. They're also both
from the same country and joined on the same day about a half hour
apart.

I played against them in game 2334088. They both show up on the
board at the exact same time. Ray comes up to elf's border with 6 armies
against 1 and stops dead without attacking. They leave neighnouring
borders guarded only by 1 army. It's ridiculous.

Removed only my armies from a continent and then retreated allowing
their PARTNER to take over the continent. It was almost flawless doubles
play but this was an individual game.

I had Ray down to one territory, China with 4 armies, I got bad dice and
had to give up there. Elf shows up plops 5 armies down right next to it
on India and attacks Siam (my country). Elf had 4 cards presumably
without a match and Ray had 3 cards, who passes up an opportunity like
that but an ally? :S This is a blatantly obvious partnership.

These two clowns are still at it, they we're both on the board at the same time together attacking me, even though Ray is almost wiped out, he's still helping Elf, his much more powerful "opponent" attack me On what planet does that make sense?

If i actually had actually had 2 accounts, i'd get tired of switching accounts and loggin in and out just to win a game. So if ur asking y rayn and me r always in the same game its because we r buddys

He was not cleared of being a multi. The only way to be cleared is if one of the hunters, or another official member of Team CC declares you cleared. But yet, he did admit to having a secret alliance.

I didnt know that i had to declare alliances first until RiffRaff mentioned it. From then on i had no secret alliances.
