Comments: Never attack each other...also joined conquer club from the same country within a few hours of each other on the same day. And are usually online at the same time.

May as well just slap these two with the ban honestly a mod just has to take one look at the game doesn't even have to bother with ip checks or anything. Pretty clean cut case here.
