I believe that both of these accounts are owned by the same person. In games where they(They as in the accounts) are both playing, they almost always take their turns withing seconds of each other. In freestyle games, their turns never overlap as would be expected, and they wait until the other players have taken their turns before playing. This allows the equivalent of double turns. Any time Commander_Tez, and Tez_Master are the last two in a game, Commander_Tez always wins.
