I don't get it....cc is still letting this butt nut play this game, this is completely unacceptable...he should be cut off and the game quashed. What the hell is going on?

It is Conquer Club's standard operating procedure. If you get caught as a multi you can finish all active games, but cannot start any new games. Also, if you lose the game you will lose points. The mods will not give you back those points either.

Thats the thing i always hate, who you could be playing an 8 player game, and the other 7 are multies, you stand no chance of winning, and yet he is allowed to beat you, take your points, and then just get an new IP address and start a load more accounts.

someone needs to have their asses kicked over this horse shit policy.....
