These are suspected Multis and/or Secret Alliance (could be either,
but something is fishy)

piopio / albertosanfer

Comments:
- very suspicious, overly 'friendly' play
- not concerned with each others borders despite obvious & usual CC strategy
- checking their histories, almost always play in games together, including MANY 1 v 1 games
- both from Spain and joined within a day of each other
- piopio dropped a positive comment on albertosanfer first day they joined

If you check the game log, piopio denies being a multi but does admit to having an alliance, said alliance never being announced in the game chat.
