this is crazy--cant play the game without the language going south right away!! i'd like to have his negative feedback removed from my list as well!

First, if you put the player on your ignore list, then his/her comments disappear. Second, if you want a feedback removed fill out an e-ticket. Third, if there is anything else that you would like looked at please fill out the form.

Thanks lance. For game chat, the best solution is always to place the player on your ignore list and possibly leave a feedback to warn others of what they may encounter. If the verbal abuse carries outside of the game (into the forum or PMs) action may be taken by the mods, but you can solve in-game abuse yourself.

I have sought assistance from the mods for PM harassment, but they did absolutely nothing. Now I just delete PMs without reading them.

It works well, but shouldn't we have the ability to block abusive members from PM-ing us? This is the new millennium, after all -- why don't we have this simple technology?
