I'm thinking this guy is a multiple account, although he hasn't played any games where he would get faux wins (he's played strictly 2 player), he's probably trying to play more than 4 simul games without paying for premium.
What a cheapskate. Seriously, it's less than seven cents per day. If mommy and daddy don't think you're mature enough to play games like this, you probably shouldn't.
The evidence is the fact that he came in as a new recruit and started beating up highly ranked players -- it's possible that he plays risk offsite, but it's not likely that he's played enough -- with house rules of no cards and unlimited reinforcements (in fact I've never met anybody who hasn't gone on CC who plays like that).

+ his 60% win rate, which is a tad unbelievable for someone just joining.
I've seen games between newbies before. What I see is people who don't understand the value of capturing continents, don't understand the value of breaking up opponents' continents, and don't see the importance or gaining land. This guy isn't a newbie.
