what the hell is a roll hack and is that even possible?

I have a game with a little shit who lost some rolls... in round 2 and this is what I get...

you could pin him in a single country and just leave him for a few turns.
(bad idea if he has somehow figured out how the feedback system works).

well, he is deadbeating the game after round 2.

so I don't think that works. I will p[robably follow him around and spam his games till our games run out. I did that to povucimezakurac (the god of CC) and that was fun. he dead beat when I heckled him to death. he never said a word, but that guy is one of the worst hecklers that I have met on this site. he is a complete tool. but since I smacked him down and dragged his ass through town, he hasn't had to much to say

I don't imagine he'll ever be back to the site...
