Sorry for the delay in getting to this. With the absence of game logs, it is impossible to tell if there was a secret alliance. If you think there was, you can leave feedback to that effect. If you do leave feedback, please don't just say "they cheated", but be descriptive of what they did, e.g. "left borders undefended and didn't attack each other".

These two are cleared of being multis.
