Comments:

I am currently in a game with Murder King and Liverpool, Game # 1742247. It has been evident since the second round that there is something going on with these players, although no alliances have been announced. Liverpool was receiving a five bonus and left 1 to protect a border that Murder King was on the other side of. I had a country worth bonus of 3, and 6, 5 and 6 protecting my border. Murder King attacked me coming from three countries away, and only six armies (was a very fortunate attack). Made no sense. When I asked why, no response. When I threatened to report as a mutual name player, Liverpool responded that he didn't know why Murder King was playing that way, and that he had known him before. He then asked Murder King to stop playing that way, however they both have continued to ignore the other's bonuses, while leaving minimal protection on their mutual borders. Murder King has two other mutual games with Liverpool (1207735 and 1000187) both of which Liverpool won.

Please review the chat in game 1742247 for a full recap of what's gone on in our game.

Murder King and Liverpool are cleared of being multis.

I do think the game play is suspicious though, especially because Liverpool as won every game they have together. Liverpool says they know each other and that Murder King was going too easy on him. Liverpool even says he wished Murder King would attack him because it was making him look bad.

I don't think they had a secret alliance, but it seems that Murder King can't play with Liverpool in an unbiased manner (like a one sided secret alliance I guess). Therefore Murder King and Liverpool are blocked from playing together.

Thanks
