Suspect users: Nice2meetU and titouine

Comments:
First, look at the sheer number of assassin games these two play with each other. In a majority of them, titouine wins. When they play team games, they are always on the same team. In non-assisn games they team up on the third player before letting titouine have the win. Here's a sampling of their games:

1727989, 1544917 - Nice2meetU kills 2 of titouine's target's countries, leaving an easy cleanup.
1608459, 1177892 - Nice2meetU spreads himself thin in a way that titouine can take advantage of.
1050387 - Nice2meetU was between titouine's target and armies, he attacks to weaken the target and get out of the way.
1158855, 1513047, 1565845, 1658447, 1710581 - They took out the third player in a standard game quickly, then arranged for titouine to have the win.

Thier language is largely identical. One of them wishes everyone "good luck" and the other replies "good luck too" in a lot of these games. It's curious to find someone willing to type out "good luck too" instead of "gl 2u2", and now we have two of them in the same game. Sometimes Nice2meetU says it (1608459), sometimes titouine (1666492). Just as oddly, they never say anything when playing one-on-one.

They are both from France.

They frequently take their turns less than 1 minute apart. Very rarely is there a delay of more than 10 minutes if their turns are consecutive.

I did see a few games that didn't quite fit the pattern, but about 75% meet the pattern I'm describing. I am completely convinced these are either the same person or at least good friends gaming the system. Worth checking IPs I think.

I say Mutlis, Or at least a secret allaince between rl friends.

2/ we have played together because he wants to learn how to play but whenever we had any arrangement

3/ you can show in all my game i don't speak so much i always say "good luck" and "good luck too" or i speak only when someone speak to me
4/ i alway say the same thing because the messages are save in the speaking bar (it's easy and quickly for me)

6/ you can show on my games i played many assassin games with MASLI or BUZZPOWER or more player, and there was any arrangements too
7/ i have many games with NACHITO, BEFA75, GILLES and more they are french too and i "met" them on the forum and i win or loose many games too but there was any arrangement too..
8/ i register on april 2007 and him on october 2007, if i had want win more point with 2 account i will create a 2nd account earlier

well you clearly admitt in this post that you know the other player in question of being a multi. the problem is, you two are playing singles together and are teaming against other players which you personally are collecting the points for. I would give you a block for this. there are team games designed for what you 2 are doing but you 2 are joining games on purpose with the intent of cheating.

I'll believe that this is a friend and not a second account, but it's clearly one you're working with in my opinion. Him taking out assassin targets to give you an easy win in round one for example, or the fact that so many of your three player games eliminate player three first and Nice2meetU second, giving you the points. I find it very unlikely that this happened by chance so many times.

If it's demonstrated you didn't break any rules, I'm fine with that, but it looked suspicious enough to me to be worth reporting.

bonus, i type out good luck all the time. Does that mean that I am a multi? I am not disagreeing with you, they obviously know each other, and might be illicitly colluding to take out people in their singles games, but I did not understand where that one comment came from. Also, now that we are all aware that they are French and on an English language site, they might just have been typing it out because they did not know the shorthand.

I was trying to make a case that it was one person, two accounts. The fact that they both used the same awkward wording ("good luck too") seemed suspicious. You're right, it's a pretty weak point, but it jumped out at me when I was looking through their games. I'm more inclined to agree now that it's two people colluding.

Nice2meetU and titouine are blocked from playing together.
