Comments: It appears like these two have formed a secret alliance. Throughout the game neither has attacked the other unless it was to get through the other person to attack myself or drafor. Often times they would leave large bonus territories with single army defenses if bordered by each other. This type of action happened on multiple ticks. One I could see as a potential mistake. Two, after being pointed out specifically that it was a threat, does not seem like a mistake. At no time was there any communication from either party throughout the game. When I was eliminated, the bonuses still remained and there were still no efforts to attempt to retain the bonuses. All final attacks were either against myself or Drafor.

Upon looking over games where both of these players were playing, and where either one or the other won, I have noticed a pattern that these two players are the LAST players in the game. Each time there would be a question raised about why they did not attack each other.

I did not, admittedly, look over every game that met the criteria above, but of the 8 that I did look at, the pattern was the same.

When I played these guys, they behaved similarly. What i noticed in that game the lower ranked guy (Xix) was totally crushing everyone else, all by himself. But the higher-ranked one (Petar) somehow managed to win. I looked at the combat log and noticed that all that xix did during his turns was turn in cards if possible, then attack a country. A. Singular. Country. Each and every time, until Petar managed to win.


Also, these guys have the same join date, and are from the same country (Spain).

looking at the game, it's very clear. The moment when the other were eliminated Petardeitor was getting 6 armys deployed, and xixisbo got 23. No way that game can go to Petardeitor at that moment. When you look in the end it's Petardeitor who rules the game.
My opinion :
BUSTED

They were reported before and they were cleared of being multis. That verdict still stands after re-checking their accounts. However, their games together are suspect. Petardeitor and xixisbo are blocked from playing together.
