This person knowningly entered a private game without being invited

User: asl80

Game number: http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=1643769

Comments: I created a number of Waterloo games to invite commenters in the thread to play. One such game was waiting for a player, and asl80 who had previously been invited to another game and declined because he was going to be unavailable for the weekend, arrived back and simply hopped in and tested passwords and got into a game he was not invited into.

This is a "formal private abuse" complaint, because i beleive if you are wanting to join a game, you ask the creator of that game first. I consider it gross bad manners to simply invite yourself into a game that you are not invited to.

Call me petty if you like, but that is one of my boundaries.

While it may be rude, it's not really abuse. I had someone guess the password to a Battle Royale game I was making and I ended up in a 2-person game with them, which I had to deadbeat. All I could do was leave feedback, as that's all you can do. It was my fault for not protecting the password and not making it guessable. And since you actually invited this person to a game on this map, I can see where the confusion came from. Anyway, not abuse, but you can leave feedback. In the future, protect your passwords better.

i don't beleive that is the way to handle such cases, if you are not invited to a game wicked you do not enter. protecting passwords can be done, but this is simply unacceptable behaviour.

:lol: I remember when I guessed the password to a doubles game. The password was doubles. And then when they all got mad I blamed it on one of them and they all started getting angry at them. Was a hilarious game.

Negative feedback will be placed on people's games profiles if they insist on this behaviour.

no worries cairns-
just remember, if it's just one of your boundaries crossed then you are taking it personally and are therfore judging from that position.
but if you think it is that bad in general, then this is like taking your own punitive measure against me.
I don't think it's a kind of behaviour, it's just something that happened, i think character's best judged seperately.

if your fine with that, i.e. you think that's necessary, then that's ok with me.

(p.s., if your ignoring me from now, or are taking this so - it will be a shame to stop commenting on your maps - good luck with them anyway)

- also; Question; does internet ettiquite take precedent over the possibility of seeing something as actually a mildly (very mildly i admit) funny situation? {this one's just for your own sake cairns - say, as a bit of advice as if from a friend to a friend}

Jamie has just done this to game #2,000,000 started by TheBro.

I believe it to be the height of rudeness, and I hope appropriate feedback is left.
