I have beliefs that they are either breaking the rule agains multiple accounts or are just having secret alliances, either way I would like to get it checked.

for example: We are plaing a 8 player game, now there are only the three of us left, somehow they both attacks me constantly for no reason.

I have also checked, they have played a lot of games together...
