In 18 rounds of play the two parties have not attacked one another while holding multiple bordering territories. bubbatc leaves territories of continents held bordering theplay02 defended by 1 unit yet theplay02 fails to break bubbatc's continent locks, instead opting to attack more heavily defended territories of other players for cards. When questioned about apparent collusion theplay02 responds as focusing against the strongest remaining opponent, however does not shift focus when bubbatc becomes that opponent.
