multiple account/unannounced collusion [busted]

Comments:
Behavior of Testaxa and Odepot was suspect from the start. Always played at the same time, never attacked eachother, even when it was clearly the tactical thing to do.
As soon as other two players eliminated, Testaxa ceased to play, only placing armies, despite having the stronger position and owning 3 of 6 territories. Odepot then systematically cleans up. All turns taken within a minute of eachother - ie one player was controlling both accounts or working with the other.
The game was rigged to get Odepot a win.
