What do I do if I found out that someone is playing 3 player games and 2 of those players are the same person?

Example: look at game 11521174. Note that the other two players (other than I) don't attack each other. The three of us (well, supposedly 3) have gone the rounds before to the same outcome. Either they are the same person or they are having a secret alliance. I doubt the latter because the same person wins.

I have been trying to hold the game so that it can be looked at before it is lost, but I am running out of time. I guess I'll just finish it so that I don't miss a turn.

I think you meant game 1521174. Since the game is still going on, I just checked DOZ3R54 and dskyline and they are not multis with each other. As far as a secret alliance is concern, green is the only one holding back. It may be a part of his strategy or whatever, but he clearly has the advantage as of right now. Blue is struggling. Currently, the game can still go either way and it is understandable if green is still employing a defensive strategy rather than be sorry later. A secret alliance is still too early to conclude or there is nothing suspicious at your game right now.
