Suspect users: Romolo Augusto and Reazione Estrema

Comments: I did a "find games" with these two players names and discovered that they have been team mates over 55 times, that's something like 1/3 of total games for one of them and 1/4 of the other's games. In this game, they have not attacked each other, other than to take countries that would help the attacker. They have never attacked each other otherwise. They have a long common border and there has never been an attack from the stronger to the weaker to keep the weaker weak [I know that's wordy, but what can I do?]. This game is grossly unfair due to this secret alliance.
