This guy made a realtime game ,announced it in Callouts.When he found he was losing he decided to stop playing.So that he has an obvious advantage by taking a turn when the other player is not there.
I have already been eliminated from this game so I have nothing to gain.Except I believe in fair play.He has done this to lots of different ppl and its reflected in his feedback...See game number 1423246

I have my Time Limit which Conquer Club Allows a person to use. I am not doing anything illegal or against CC rules what so ever. I was the one to Create the game, and if i wanted a Speed game, i would have chosen the 5 minute game style, as far as now, i have my 24 hours in my hand,

This solidwolf34 guys comes right out in the chat and says that his "tactic" is to set up real time freestyle games, then quit playing real time when it suits him so that he can start a round when no one else is around.

This cannot be a legal tactic....he admits that he sets it up as a real time game to purposely screw other people with this.

So just play a regular freestyle game. Why call it real time in the call outs when you're looking for people? That's just purposely screwing with other players.

Yes it is a cheap tactic and well deserving of negative feedback. However it is not against the rules and asking for a score reset is letting your emotions get the better of you... it is never going to happen.

But why did you join the game when he didn't make it a speed game? If it's a speed game then he doesn't have the option of falling back on that tactic - you should really have insisted that it be a speed game, otherwise there is always the danger of this happening in freestyle.

CC didnt recognize RT games until the speed games were introduced, and now they only recognize speed games as the only RT games. Officially what he did was perfectly legal, as every mod will tell you. They wont do a thing. All you can do is throw another feedback on there for him click ignore, and be glad youll never play him again, as many, many have done before you.

Technically speaking, it is a war game. From a certain point of view, you could even say it was a good tactic. From another, its straight out lying.... its every players choice what they are willing to enjoy playing against...

some would just consider it no more wrong than breaking a treaty to win a game...

again, perfectly legal, even if its cheeseball. It is unfair to the poor freebies who have no other way to play RT, than through callouts... but s'ai la vie

As everyone else said, it is legal but dishonest. Calling a game RT is just a verbal agreement. Breaking your word reflects poorly on your character but isn't illegal. Consider this to be like breaking a spoken alliance; its certainly grounds for ignore list and negative feedback if you want, but nothing more.

To avoid this happening in the future, you can stick to speed games when you want to play RT.
