Unwarranted negative feedback [eTicket issue]

I was very apologetic and clear about a network outage in the gamechat, this negative feedback is unwarranted. His comment about my game play is retaliatory because I chose him over 2 people I couldn't see due tot he fog. I knew where he was and went after him and came up short by 1 spot...

Unwarranted and detrimental, how can I remove?
