This is a player who has been banned for multi-accounts in the past, and who has gathered over 30 negative feedbacks during his brief time here (he has more neg than positive feedback btw). He has done nothing in games or in the forums other than make a nuisance of himself and disrupt the experience of other players.
I think it is clear that it is time for the moderators of this site to take some kind of action which lets him know his kind of behaivour is totally unacceptable here. I for one do not want to be harassed and verbally abused while I am trying to play a game of Risk for which I have payed $20.

Well I can certainly write a more longwinded answer, but the overall answer remains the same. Yes he was busted for having multiple accounts, and did what all the other past multis that are still here did, upgraded to a premium membership. Hell he even apologized, which most don't do. We don't get rid of players because they have a lot of negative feedback or post a few lines to taunt you in your game chat, instead we have the ignore list for that. If he starts spamming up multiple game chats, or starts writing excessively vulgar comments, then he will get a warning and possible escalating punishments if the behavior doesn't stop. But a few lines of chat in one game is a relatively minor offense. Our harrassment policy is written on the rules page if you'd like to review it.
Edit: I looked at the games you linked DM and can see nothing in those games that's excessively vulgar. Most are just the use of the word "f*ck". One time he did use "faggot cock-muncher", but again that's just trash-talking and he only had
maybe a few lines of potty mouth per game.
Why would he do such a thing? We're having a nice, friendly game and then he comes in and starts throwing around insults!
