blue has had africa almost the entire game with only keeping armies in north africa (i had south america)

red has surrounded africa the entire game without once making an effort to take away a bonus, but has been coming at me the entire game

atmcss and mchs35 are cleared for being multis with each other. Checking the game right now, it is most likely there is no secret alliance between them either.
