Comments: hoya24 said in the game chat that she/he wanted an alliance with gertbomber but gertbomber never accepted in the game chat and from that point on they never attacked each other. Then gertbomber left zark negative feedback for only attacking him when he had too.

I don't think you've provided enough evidence to prove a secret alliance. it is very likely that gertbomber never responded but simply didn't attack and hoped to receive the same treatment. I'd consider the post in game chat a good warning that something occurred but without evidence from another instance I don't think there is enough evidence.

So this is simply noted.
