I have been playing CC for quite some years and I am not the most hatefull person, but I don't like to be sweared at directly in the open game chat.

You seem like a nice, level-headed person Flapper. Don't think your complaint will do anything as this is mild in CC history, as I assume you're aware. Why I don't plat public games - 90% plus of the unwashed masses here are douche-nuggets
