Other: RATING ABUSE - This person rates everyone poorly. I went through all his ratings and everyone is poorly ranked. That is not fair nor can 3000+ be that consistently bad. I want this guy banned.

If you take the time to actually look at details you will see that the VAST majority of the single star ratings are for DEADBEAT players or those that QUIT.

Unlike some that always rate 5 stars, I refuse to give a good perfect rating to everyone because THAT would be real abuse. You will also notice that I often only rate ONE category that I feel I have a legit rating for... No rating affects nothing mathematically.

Also, why would you bother looking at my ratings if we have never played? Did I give one of your multis a bad rating? Should someone look into that?

site wont ban him over rating players poorly . in some extreme cases a warning may be issued but the out come here will be to foe and move on , players will most likely avoid this member as many take ratings seriously . to ban a person over how they rate others is highly unlikely . you have by posting this exposed a players tough rating practice so thanks for that . he refuses to rate all 5s good to know.

With that being said, your opinion means nothing to me because you could also not be bothered to actually take the time to look at the ratings I have left.
If you had you would see that 90% or more are for the plethora of deadbeats these site is becoming infested with.

It seems Irrumare plays a lot of new recruits (the joys of only playing classic on one setting)... i looked through several of the ratings pages and saw 2 players who got 5 star.. If you want to play better players, try some different settings..
To thunder i suggest you foe and move on as zeus mentioned.

opps miss read the above to say u wont rate 5 stars sorry for that . the dead beats with new recruits is high i think due to the confusion to a new member when they log on . maybe avoid rating a new recruit so harsh until they have a handful of games played to avoid it from looking like your rating harshly .

if all the games you open are classic its a magnet to a new recruit . its really not a newbies fault if we stop and think its in many cases here there first match on site . try and be kind to the new recruits if u see its there first game maybe avoid rating that member . we want to encourage our new members to continue to play , as your in many cases a new members first experience on site lets try and make it a positive experience vs a negative one right off the bat .

Its actually quite common to see new accounts created, games joined, and then the account leaves the site for good in less than two minutes. So common in fact that I have taken my premium off of auto renew and will likely leave the site for good once my premium runs out.

That's what happens when you play the most basic shit.

its real confusing for a new recruit first logging on site .like you have seen first hand . if the ratings your are being questioned on are a high percentage being new recruits that log on join a game and then leave the site not to return is it really worth rating them at all. dont let this discourage you from playing or leave site over this. id suggest this here . rate players that are members for 30 days with 5 games in kinda thing , its just a suggestion m8 but to rate all the new recruits that open accounts then never come back poorly has brought us here a situation easily fixed .

The plethora of deadbeats has gotten so bad that I am leaving anyway. Note to any admin reading this...Feel free to boot me at any time because I am done.

Just like literally any other game, there will be a lot of new players who don't stick it out. Even more so when they realise it's not an instant play, but wait up to 24hrs per turn. If you play on the default map with basic settings, expect new players.

sorry you feel this way . it is annoying ill give ya that too open a bunch of games to play only to have a huge number of them go deadbeat. site admin wont boot ya thats for sure you have done nothing wrong . rating abuse is a thing on site but this case is so easy to fix if ya just wait to rate a player until they have at least completed one game . its just pointless to rate a one time log in in my opinion and has brought you in here looking at it the vast majority of your poor ratings they are on one time log ins . dont get discouraged tho to rate as you see fit id just leave the one time log in and outs out of the mix .dont quit playing over this the dice i can see lol but this is minor .

I see your point but the deadbeat game IS one game in my opinion. If its a crappy opponent I foe them to avoid them in the future, but a deadbeat deserves being rated accordingly.

Its funny that the op's "friend" is the only one Ive played against and THEY were a deadbeat that got rated as a 1. I think thos whole thing is out of spite because I rated one of his multis.

It's exactly the same logic as you used to defend your ratings.

My ratings dont need to be justified. If a player deadbeats they deserve a 1 at best. If you feel otherwise then you are the one abusing the ratings system... and its looks like you are. Why else would you give a player that lasts only 4 turns and misses a turn all 5s? (Game #12776119) It looks like your ratings are the ones with no legit value.

what were the circumstances just curious about the guide game rating did the member play a turn ? did the same person who rated them all 11111 rate all this way ?? maybe that member should avoid guide games !!

this is just my opinions m8 i see an easy fix to this so mentioned it . we need to rate the members i feel not the people who log on site for 5 mins ect and never log back in . if you feel passionate that you must rate these people do as you wish , worst case i can see is possibly loosing the ability to leave ratings for 30 days .

As far as I can see in that game the player took no turns.

As far as a 30 ban is concerned, if I am blocked from leaving legitimate ratings it will be the last day I play.

that s your call . looking at 13 pages of ratings you have left it s packed with blue? i bet over 400 games out of the 613 with aprox 10 all 55555 ratings . the op has a legit case m8 but like i said its very easily fixed on your behalf if you just dont rate the blue ? until u see at least a game completed . a mod looking into this hopefully sees it but i can see it going against you as well here .

If the mods decide against me for rating deadbeats with 1s, then it will confirm that this site is full of shit. Might not matter though...I've actually sent in a trouble ticket asking for my account to be closed. I thought the deadbeats were why I would eventually leave, but instead it looks like whiny bitches like Thunder Donkey and self-righteous pricks like iAmCaffeine will be the reason.

You admit new players play you a lot with your basic settings. I am starting to think your rank would be significantly lower if you did not rake in the easy wins.

As the other guys mentioned, you can avoid 99% of new accounts by playing literally any other map or settings... You might actually get your strategies tested and make you work for your wins. With how much you benefit from the deadbeats, i am surprised you complain. Since you are premium, it is hardly like your game slots are filled to prevent further games...

Another suggestion to the deadbeats is this, foe them and forgo the ratings.

When a new player actually plays the game out do you rate them 5 star? or 1s like everyone else?..

19583854 - you rated this guy 1s even though he played the game out. it was his first game as he mentioned in the chat. He has since played 6 other games and won 2. How did that deserve 1 star? looks like he has made an effort to play.

19578143 - you decided tinbox deserved 5 star for gameplay after he beat you but nothing for the other ratings?..

19573267 - this guy dropped from one game but finished the other he had joined. you rated him 1 star and called him a complainer because he was keen to play straight away. he obviously was new to everything. someone else rated him 5 stars and called him friendly.

19590777 - the guy in this game played you 7 times and beat you 5 times and yet you rated him shit...

19576196 - this new guy played out the game and lost... so you rate him shit anyway?..

19572608 - this new guy played and lost and you rated him shit. I think the reckless and poor strategy are likely fair tags.. but only 1 star on one category?..

The list goes on and on as that was just from the first page and a bit.. I don't doubt most those new accounts did dead beat. But why not rate nicer to those who actually played the game... If they are shit, put that as a tag. sure, 5 star seems too nice, but 3 stars would make you look less like an asshole.
