Comments: I beat Shifty13 in Game 19325122 He asked for a rematch early on but I instead put him on the foe list because of his 79% attendance and a several deadbeat games in his history. Suddenly I see Zhao13 create a brand new account, join three games, and log out. I send Zhao a pm to ask about it and wondering if I beat one of his multis... and get this reply....

"No douche. I was pissed because you blocked me for no reason. I asked you for a rematch very early in the game but you never responded. I sent rematch at the end but I was suddenly your for".

I replied to ask if he was Shifty13 and got the reply attached below...

He also seems to think he is immune to punishment.

He definitely admits to doing this for a long time.

It's true. This account was created specifically to irritate my irrumare after a game after receiving poor unnecessary treatment. This account will never be active again

What about "using multiple accounts over the years" like you have admitted to?

Having to create and use a new account after having lost access to an email. There quite a few reasons a person could have created a new account. Wat matters is that this is the only time I have had 2 ACTIVE accounts. And the new was created to match your behavior not for cheating.

I understand this is still against the rules. I apologize to the Conquerclub community for this breaking of the rules. Zhao13 will never be logged into again. I will also understand the banning of this account and will gladly buy membership to regain access to this account or create a new one.

My behavior? I put you on the foe list when I saw your 79% attendance and deadbeat games in your history. You just got angry because I wouldn't give you a rematch, but I choose to not play with admitted cheaters.
