As far as conducting secret diplomacy could you please give me some details on why you think it is happening.

The OP was probably right to suspect a degree of co-ordination.

I doubt that it will show up online though, other than via gameplay.

As you can see from the chat, the office guys smoked the interloper, and made a pretty decent reference to "The Office" while doing it. Maybe they could play games using private settings or invites to avoid this kind of thing again?
