Comments: Yellow (Jwaldrop) has attacked team 1 relentlessly the last 10 or so turns whilst completely ignoring undefended pink and cyan on their border. Additionally, neither pink nor cyan is bothering to attack yellow at all, leaving all borders guarded with (1) troops and not bothering to build up any armies on any of yellow's borders. Such alliances need to be announced.

This doesn't look like there is or was a secret alliance. Looking at the game right now, it looks fairly even between the 3 teams. Sometimes, there will be players who choose to play cautiously and wait out how the game progresses. This looks more of a difference of strategy.
