From looking at those 2 games he has not missed a turn yet, we all have 24 hours to play our turn, I should know as I am one of the worst offenders for red zone turn playing.

If he was deliberately holding you hostage that would be a different story, but at this stage from what I can see all is within the rules.

I don't think this will get much traction with the C&A mods.
