Comments: It seems risklover80 plays normally until the game turns against him, then just stops attending. This locks his opponents in a won game for 72 hours plus their own time. He's not offline either, for reference, match the timestamps from his missed turns in the accused games to his taken turns in these:

It's not an abuse that earns him any victories, but for freeloaders like me it's a quarter of my available games locked down for a good chunk of a week, and for the rest it's clearly an annoyance judging from his ratings and his wall. A warning would be in place, he could easily fix the major cause for complaint by logging his turns and just not doing anything with them.
