Very odd gameplay - there is no reason for apogoplay8 to be freeing up two territories in a suicide move to give WEIRDLY that territory. I don't care if he suicides but - WHY in that manner ? They have to be one in the same, or secret diplomacy.

one is from Brazil and the other from Canada...Foe and move on
