Evrytime he logs on he takes all his turns then borderhops and runs to Canada to take turns under the guise of hecter. Ingenious. And behind it all......Lack. Actually I'm pretty sure there's some program/device out there that will change what country your computer shows up as but your theory makes much more sense.
