If you don't like people swearing, foe them. Go to their profile, and there is an option to Foe the user. They won't be able to join your games, and if you join one they're already in, you won't see what they say.

"Swearing and cursing" are perfectly fine here. The only time the mod team steps in is when it becomes bigoted.

yeah, that isn't even close to what is considered "abusive" on this site... and i like how you edited out all the chat, so they all look as if they were directed at you, which they weren't. if the players he directed this at aren't upset, why are you reporting his comments to them? in the chat, one of them actually says:

sorry, but you did not post all the chat here, and that is pretty uncool. there are comments made at him that are as "abusive" as what he said. you were not involved, so why are you reporting this? did it really hurt your sensibilities so badly that you had to report him, despite his not saying anything at all to you?

place him on your foe list and you will not be able to see his chat... and sorry, i have a 12yr old son, and i have no idea why your child would be sitting with you watching you take CC turns. my son hasn't done that since he was 3 or 4, so i don't buy that bullshit excuse, but nice try... anyway, foe and move on... that is all you can do... well, you could just be big about it and ignore it, but you have shown you aren't capable of that... sorry about your little butt... good luck with the foe feature (none of it was even directed at you)... my black jesus eyes are rolling right out of my black jesus skull... the black jesus has spoken...-Jésus noir

I think it's safe to assume the comments were directed to the reporter's son. I would be angry myself if in a similar situation.

To jjt034, if you go onto a player's profile you can add them to your foe list. I recommend both you and your son utilise this function. If someone is your foe they cannot join a game you've already joined (unless it's a tournament) and their game chat will not be visible to you.

nope... his son is not involved in the game... if he is, he certainly didn't say which player is his son and didn't alert those playing that he was playing with a family member... furthermore, i doubt the team has been alerted that they are family members, if what you are assuming is correct. i stand by my original post. nothing was directed at the OP, the others involved said equally "offensive" things back to the accused. neither of them were offended and let the issue go, making it clear that an appropriate rating would be given... his kid is 12, he hears and sees worse at school. i have a 12yr old, i know what 12 year old kids are up to these days... if his son is online, black jesus protect the OP from knowing what his son is doing out of his eyesight.. ha!!! anyway, foe and move on. the mods/admins are not going to punish the guy that somehow offended you and your son, by having a back and forth with other players in the game... why didn't you report them, too? the black jesus has spoken...-Jésus noir

Assuming all 12yo kids do/hear/see the same is idiotic.

Please use the Foe option on players who you see offensive in the game chat.
