Accused: kallysdead

The accused are suspected of: Spamming players wall, Spamming global chat, Flaming on player walls and in global chat, Beating a dead horse

Comments: This person seems very mentally unstable and has spent the past two days harassing me on my wall and in global chat. The first days chat was reported to the chat mods and razorvich said it was being looked into. Today, when trying to report new issues to a chat mod, I was told that I was spamming, thus his actions were ok (had no idea that flaming multiple members and spamming walls was ok). Great solution to player harassment/flaming by the jr. mints. Continual posting on my wall about his suicide attempt and who knows what else any of this means, is just ridiculous. This person needs a time out from the community.

Flaming/spamming in global: This is just a sampling of what he did for almost 6 hours yesterday and for almost 3 hours (to this point) today.

















This kid is out of control and should be given a time out from the community. I hope that others he harassed/flamed post in here. The screen shots just don't give you a true feeling of what 6 hours of kallysdead is like...-Jésus noir

nope... he popped into global chat today and opened with calling me a monster, followed by posting "monster" on my wall and i had said nothing to him. i have urged him to seek professional help and have told him that perhaps he should take some turns and just take a breather from global... but i'm not going out of my way to make him post on my wall... oh, and now the pm's have started to pour in since i started ignoring him...

know better than to spam walls, spam global and tell members to kill themselves? yeah, you are right, i do... that's why i don't do those things... we are now heading into hour 4 of his spamming up global again today... multiple posts on my wall, multiple flames... i feel sorry for him, he obviously needs help, but it is team CC's job to deal with this sort of thing, even if Dakky thinks it isn't a violation.-Jésus noir

My guess is Owen will be recommended to foe him, and either a Note/Warning will go to kally.

kallysdead has spammed global and gone on a crusade against owen. It was funny for a while but really it's not a great advert for CC. Kallysdead is either a troll or someone with problems so I think it would be beneficial to ban him for a few days and not feed the troll any further. (I am also guilty of feeding the troll)

So, to be clear, you and Pothers engaged in trolling Kallysdead, then believe this person "with problems" needs to be banned for the benefit of the site. I think, for the benefit of the site, you should be banned as well.

First off, your troll and complain game is quite sad and pathetic. After telling people so oft to ban and move on, you openly discussed in global that you would mute kallysdead, except that it was too entertaining. Sure, you may not have technically crossed any line, but to then be the one to make the complaint for a response to your obvious trolling is laughable.

Secondly, it's repugnant that you would be claiming here and in global that kallysdead suffers from psychological issues, yet you were still egging him on for entertainment. Beyond any sort of CC action, it's disgusting, abhorrent behavior. You should be ashamed. I'm not justifying any response made, but if you do have serious concerns about their mindset, I have serious concerns about you for still making light of this person's issues and posting inflammatory remarks about the person both after coming to the revelation of such issues and making this very C&A complaint.



Disgraceful. You need a timeout, and not just from CC. If you were a decent person, you would reflect on your behavior and apologize, even if you still feel wronged.

It is on topic. It's called mitigating circumstances. The circumstances around the events are all important.

Ban owen.

Reason: everytime there is excessive flaming owenshooter is in the middle of it.

Benefit to CC: no more excessive flaming

I think a LOT of people would support this.

Ps I probably haveva personal vendetta and won't deny it. Owen can be one of the most helpful posters on here, but spends most of his time intentionally antagonising instead.

nope, that isn't what happened at all.. to be clear, Kally trolled global chat yesterday for 6 hours and posted on multiple walls and sent out pm's, it was reported. today, Kallysdead popped into global chat and greeted everyone by calling multiple members "monsters" and posting such on walls. nobody trolled kallysdead, kallysdead trolled global chat and flamed multiple members. this all began the prior day when kallysdead was told how to link games in global chat, took offense and declared we were all out to get him. then began the sad tale of attempted suicide and declaring that khazalid was going to jail for making fun of his suicide attempt. this kid trolled/flamed multiple members in GC for hours the past two days. so, to be clear, you are absolutely wrong.-Jn

What the actual f*ck?! This is a C&A report and near enough nobody here is adding to the discussion. Everyone accuses Owen of trolling whilst trolling and baiting in this thread; you're absolute hypocrites.

If anyone strongly feels a case should be made against Owen then open a C&A thread or file an e-ticket. Those are the procedures and they're designed to be used. What good does jumping onto a bandwagon in a report made by someone else do? Nothing.

The thing with Owen is his mannerism. He can be abrasive, annoying and insulting but he maintains all of his actions within the rules. On the rare occasion he didn't, he was punished accordingly. He's also received warnings/bans for zero infractions, but that was in more corrupt days. I believe a few people were on the receiving end of wrongful bans during those times, but now I'm on a tangent.

Regardless, make your own thread. I'm not here to defend Owen, simply state the facts and point out hypocrisy where I see it. The two of us don't always see things from the same perspective just like anyone else here. If you even knew the guy before talking shit you'd realise he isn't being serious half the time.
