Comments: Admits to having two accounts, supposedly because he could not remember information for old account. However, if you look at "watchoutfor" you can see that he has been logged on and playing as recently as this morning.

see... this to me is open and shut... however, the trend in these threads is for people to come in and declare that a player is being flamed and that it isn't their fault, blah, blah, blah... the rule is clear. follow it. contact the admins and all can be sorted out, easily... the black jesus is saddened by this report...-Jn

When a basic user comes to the site they can either login or make a new account.
Now when they sign in or register there is NOTHING that mentions not creating multiple accounts. You do have to click to agree to the ToS, but everyone knows that no one reads them.

So if you miss that, you are left with finding the tiny rules box on the top right. If you are just casually stopping by, why would you bother clicking it? This is risk, the rules are pretty simple.

So, I would bet many of these multis dont even know what theyre doing is wrong.

The site needs to make it clear that you should not make a multi account (like it was in the past). Right now the website itself does a nice job of decreasing the visibility of this rule.

It does make you wonder. Why hide the previous disclaimer? How many multis go unbusted until they are reported here?

You conveniently fail to mention that while he's now using the original account, he hasn't logged into the new account since Saturday, four days ago. In fact, he just got kicked out of Game 15781055 for missing too many turns! So maybe, if you're going to lead your little witch hunt, you should tell the whole story, eh?

I noticed that detail as well, but I didn't respond because there'd be a lecture about us sticking up for rule breakers. No need to PM a multihunter privately now with this evidence. I think to be fair, that should be looked into. I don't believe that anyone mollycoddles rule breakers Edric, they just try to be as fair as possible and punish people on a scale that fits the crime, and their intentions at the time. That's why it's important to present ALL of the facts.

Actually, he had missed two turns in that game and not logged in for several days when I saw it. He had not been kicked out... and don't you EVER call me that again. It's nice to know that you have targeted me with this language because I am a woman, but not targeted anyone else who has basically said the same things as I have over the past two days.

I can understand someone like Muld00n getting outright banned without any investigating, but you're going mad because we want all the evidence on the table for people who have never been in trouble before. Who's to say this guy didn't ask how he might retrieve his old pw and then went about getting into the old one before abandoning the new one. He may not have known creating a new one was so bad. We could all be wrong and he could be a super multi, but you have to be fair and look at everything. No one was defending legitimate cheaters, just making sure that any punishment they get is fair in the case of them being a genuine returnee. Goddammit, you've behaved way worse now than any of the people who are banned for legitimate cheating.
