I don't know if lucyjack is considered complicit in this too since they didn't announce it in the game chat and eventually won the game.

I also note that Stewart13 has already had a warning for this type of behaviour.

I suspect that this won't be punished as it occurred prior to the recent warning.

As Clangfield stated this offence occurred prior to the accused receiving a warning for the exact same offence. I doubt he is likely to re-offend.
