looks like the guys here use a bunch of multi accounts to make up for the points they lose on other games. they are all in a user group to discuss map tactics. i'm sure they expected this one day. so happy to oblige them. maybe they are allowed to do this. if so, i want to join the group instead of make this report.

Yeah this is really suspicious. It looks like a new account is created after they discard an older account. Right now it looks like kilam was the newest project.

So now there are groups of people who find our CC-rank important enough to cheat the system? I was just getting used to the idea that there were a few individuals who were such retards that they chose imaginative points over gaming pleasure. As far as CC goes, I'm sure they'll round this up. I'm more frightened for the dignity of humanity.

Lol. Lanlar creating a group about tactics rolf! Basically this guy tried to join clan beeeep at some point and was explaining that he was an ex military and that he knew all about tactics but wasn t so good regarding strategy. He was an absolutely terrible player. So I guess I understand better what he meant by "tactics over strategy".

Sorry, but please clarify something: are you suggesting that you'd sue someone over an accusation made in CC? Would that be the original accuser, the mod or the site owner?

On what grounds is any of this a judicial matter of the federal government? This is not a matter of what the accused does for a living or a hobby, but whether the accused party is in violation of this site's rules and regulations.

and why exactly does that prevent me from filing a federal lawsuit .... oh wait it does not .... I am bothering no one and my money crossed state lines and the payment was accepted. I bothered no one but am being needlessly harassed and will return the favor if pressed.

I suggest you review laws governing monetary payments and the requirements of negating the transactional duties. You will discover I have an actionable claim.
Hell the screenshots of your posts is a 6 million dollar claim.

i find it amusing that he would think any of this would fall under the umbrella of some sort of federal lawsuit. i truly hope the multi hunters run these accounts and bust them. i also hope the user threatening federal lawsuits and posting personal info within the forums is banned for harassment and breaking multiple forum/site rules... just when you think you have seen it all, you realize you have (this old trick again... *yawn*..)...-Jésus noir
p.s.-if my saying, "this is interesting" and "wow, if this is true it is sad" is worth 6 million... more power to you!!

I am certain you will be able to present that signed contract in court. Rulings have made such Internet contracts worth less than toilet paper. Monetary payments are quite the opposite.
