Comments: Two superpowers unfortified or weak borders with each other attacking and taking out smaller weaker targets while ignoring each other. Little to no attempts to stop each other's bonses through the entire game as far as I could tell. I may not be a C&C vet but going after the smaller threats while leaving the only other major threat completely alone paints a pretty picture IMHO.
