"Game 14812623 if it's ok with you I would like to take the Arctic , and stay in a truce on the Sub Arctic. your call
"
He also posted something on SteinLager's wall (a player in the same game):
"hi mate, you should really think about blue bro, just take one area in his region to stop him. Oh and I brew my own beer that tastes just like the real deal lol"
Initiating negotiations involving truces should take place in game chat, not on other player's walls where the rest of the players in this game can't see it. The accused is probably not aware of this rule.
