Accused:

Thybbert
warren31

The accused are suspected of:
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s):
Game 14899219
Game 14904000
Game 14879700

Comments:
They have a long history of matches together. They usually only attack each other when necesary for bonuses and troop movement, or when they have already lost so as to not raise suspicion, or (like the last game linked) when the enemy is controlled 8and they resume attacking it when it grows a bit, leaving each other at peace until they can resume their duel). They have never asked other players to go against the other, but they have asked others to go against 3rd parties (usually warren31 does). Probably friends playing together, one is inviting the other, but they don´t play fair and don´t warn anyone else that they know each other (a mere cordial salute like "hey nice to have you in this game" is enough). That's just unfair secret alliance with no warning for the rest of the players.

If you look at their game history currently they have fifteen games together. Out of those fifteen games they have completed seven of them with warren31 winning three of them. While that percentage is a little high two of those wins came from three player games. Those three player games are sometimes rather difficult to declare secret diplomacy as the nature of the games usually lead to a two on one.

- Good point Major -B-
- Am I wrong to say that 2 very close friends should not be able to fight threesome wars? Or hows this, Can CC eliminate threesome wars from the program all together? Sorry if I turned this into Gen. discussion. I'd say take a note & warn Them, then eliminate threesome wars- GLA--

For a change, I disagree with you Magnus
As long as everyone plays fairly, there's no issue. Most of my games are three player, and the vast majority are not a problem. 3 player games require their own tactics, perhaps, but they're no worse or better for abuse than any other settings.

One can't go down that elimination route - would you ban 4-player games to stop 3 friends playing together? Any game of N players could be a problem if N-1 friends/ family/ clan group together.

- Oh - Kay, I only said that because 3player wars setting seems to bring the most common reports about SD.
- I'd love to know the % of how many SD reports that are 3player vs any other, and as Major -B pointed out, 3player wars above any other setting usually ends up 2 against one (seemingly): I don't play 3player ever, so GL to all that do ")

As was stated earlier, unless it is truly blatant, SD in 3 player games are incredibly tough to prove, and going through their other games together shows no SD.

Both are cleared of Secret Diplomacy.
