He lost over 700 points in an hour.
He went from at least 1800 to 1100, probably more, right at the end of July. He rose back up quickly. I'm not sure why no one investigates the top of the monthly "most improved" leader boards. They are rife with point dumpers like this unscrupulous fellow.

what do you think is the best route to try to get him down the most , i dont have many routes exept a flight to the east coast to break into washington and area bonuses

yeah, this concern was brought up with the new leader board system and it is a valid issue (not with this specific user). i think they pay closer attention than they used to... perhaps this was before all that was figured out... hmmmmm...-Jésus noir

anonymous for example got his account suspended after point dumping, back now and is one of the leaders of the most improved leaderboard. I think he'll win a premium for being the most improved.

Here it is not 30 days later (only 8 days) and I see persianempire is playing again and online. what gives?

30-day ban still gets to finish current games, but not create new ones
