Comments: Player admits in game chat that he has had an account before. Stated that he could not remember his old account info (five years ago when he was in 6th grade?) and said "Figured I would start fresh"

Perhaps this is true, and perhaps there is no improper intent, but I think it should still be looked into.

yep... he should just submit an eticket to get his old account up and going... since he was in 6th grade when he tried it out the first time, he may have not ever known about e-tickets etc... tell him to submit an eticket explaining what happened...-Jésus noir

I did suggest that he open an E-Ticket, because he did not seem to have any ill intent.

For now this is noted as after contacting him and looking into this, there is no account to link him to as of now.
