The accused are suspected of: Being Multis

Comments: padfoot came into global chat and declared that global chat was new since he was last on the site a few years ago. Then stated he was not aware of the rules concerning multis... i advised him to send in an eticket to have it all taken care of... my intention is not to get him BUSTED, but to have the admins resolve the issue as he is already playing games with higher ranked opponents as a "?", which is wholly misleading... yes, have screenshots of the global chat...

Hey did he elaborate on his circumstances regarding coming back to this site? This seems to be a growing issue of people returning and starting a new account.
